When it comes to hearing protection at the shooting range or in the great outdoors, balancing safety with situational awareness is essential. The Howard Leight by Honeywell Impact Sport Sound Amplification Electronic Shooting Earmuff offers a compelling solution designed to protect your ears from harmful noise while keeping you connected to your environment. With its noise reduction capabilities and smart amplification technology, these earmuffs aim to enhance your shooting and hunting experience without compromising on comfort or awareness.

Key Features

Noise Reduction Rating (NRR) of 22: Both when powered on and off, these earmuffs provide a solid noise reduction rating of 22 decibels. This means they effectively dampen loud firearm sounds, protecting your hearing from damaging impulses.

Sound Amplification with Directional Microphones: When the electronic function is activated, built-in directional microphones amplify ambient sounds up to a safe limit of 82 dB. This function is invaluable on the shooting range or in the field, allowing you to hear commands, wildlife, or other critical environmental cues without removing your protection.

Automatic Shutoff for Loud Impulses: The earmuffs actively listen for gunshots or other loud, impulsive noises. Upon detecting sounds at or above 82 dB, they automatically cut off amplification to immediately protect your hearing from peak noise levels, adding an extra layer of safety.

Patented Air Flow Control Technology: The slim earcup design ensures your firearm stock has clearance while shooting, reducing interference and improving comfort and accuracy.

Comfort and Adjustability: A padded headband with telescopic height adjustment allows you to customize the fit for prolonged comfort during long shooting sessions or hunts.

External Audio Jack: An added convenience is the external audio jack, enabling connection to an MP3 player, scanner, or other audio devices, blending entertainment or communication with hearing protection.
